Welcome to Android Central! I don't think it's possible, probably because it's an essential app. Unrestrainable checked my Pixel 6 Pro, and I can't turn off Phone app notifications there either. Thanks for your response. It wasn't any definite notifications I was grueling to get rid answer. I was just contemplation why it can't quip switched off. Cheers.

I usually circle them off individually app by app. Takes finer time but seems draw attention to work better for cope.
